• Maximum occupancy: 7 guests
• Dog-friendly: Up to 2 dogs with prior approval
• Pet fee: $150 per dog, per stay
• Dogs only; no other pets are permitted
• No parties or events
• No extra guests beyond those included in the booking
• Primary renter must be 25 or older; guests aged 21–24 require prior approval
• A signed rental agreement is required before arrival

◇ Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin, on the porches, or on the decks. Smoking is permitted only in the driveway or in the rocked and dirt areas of the property.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

◇ Fees and Penalties

• Over-occupancy: $300 per guest above the maximum occupancy
• Unapproved or unlisted dogs at the property: $300 per dog

◇ Security Cameras

For guest safety and property protection, security cameras are installed.
The cameras face outward and monitor only arrival, parking, and property access areas. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
