• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests
• Dog-friendly: Up to 2 dogs with prior approval. $150 per dog per stay. (Dogs only — no other pets.)
• No parties or events
• No smoking indoors, on porches, or on decks. Smoking is welcome in the driveway or in rocked and dirt areas of the property.
• Primary renter must be 25+ (21–24 with prior approval)
• Rental agreement required before arrival
Stay Details:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No extra guests beyond booking
Fees & Penalties:
• Over-occupancy: $300 per guest over max
• Unapproved/unlisted dogs at the property: $300 per dog
Security Cameras For guest safety and property protection, two exterior cameras are installed — one at the front entry and one at the rear/back patio area. Cameras are outward-facing and monitor only arrival, parking, and property access. There are no cameras inside the home.

About the Owner
I live in Dallas—Fort Worth, with my daughter and son. I grew up in Houston and have lived in Dallas since 1991. My parents grew up in the Broken Bow area. I spent my summers visiting my grandparents and cousins in Hochatown, where my family owns 100+ acres. I fell in love with the beauty of Broken Bow/Hochatown during my many summers as a child. I love that our cabin is less than three hours, and I can leave the hustle and bustle of everyday city life behind. I hope you leave your worries behind, enjoy our cabin, and share our love for Broken Bow. I look forward to hosting you in our cabin.
