Planning your getaway?

We’ve gathered the most common questions guests ask so you can feel totally prepared before you arrive. From booking details to what to expect on property, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your stay.

1. When Can I Book?
Anytime! Our booking calendar is always open, whether you’re planning months in advance or looking for a last-minute escape.

We recommend reserving your preferred dates early, especially for popular times like holidays, school breaks, and fall weekends, which fill up quickly. Once your reservation is confirmed, those dates are all yours.

No waitlists, no guessing—just pick your dates, choose your place, and start looking forward to your trip.

2. What Days Can I Check In and Out?
Check-in and check-out are available every day except Sundays. We use Sundays for deep cleaning and resets so each property is fresh and guest-ready.

This means you can start or end your stay on any other day of the week, whether you’re planning a midweek retreat or a long weekend getaway.

3. What Is the Nightly Minimum?
It depends on the season:

  • Peak times (holidays, spring break, summer, fall): usually a 3-night minimum.

  • Slower seasons: often 1-night stays are welcome for a spontaneous escape.

Longer stays may qualify for reduced nightly rates or special add-ons—just ask!

4. Which Property Should I Book?
That depends on what you’re looking for. We offer options that suit:

  • Couples who want something cozy and romantic.

  • Families who need space for meals, games, and downtime.

  • Groups who want larger homes with multiple bedrooms and gathering spaces.

Still unsure? Just tell us your group size and what kind of trip you’re planning—we’ll help match you to the right space.

5. When Is the Best Time to Visit?
Every season has its perks:

  • Spring → fresh air, wildflowers, great weather for exploring.

  • Summer → long days, water activities, family fun.

  • Fall → crisp air, stunning scenery, cozy evenings.

  • Winter → quiet stays, hot tubs, fireplaces, and stargazing.

Your “best time” depends on the vibe you’re after—relaxation, adventure, or a mix of both.

6. What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

If you’d like to arrive early or stay later, reach out—we’ll accommodate if the schedule allows.

7. Do You Have WiFi?
Yes! Every property includes reliable WiFi for work, streaming, or sharing your trip online. Many guests still find themselves unplugging once they settle in—and that’s fine too.

8. What Are the Food Options?
Each property has a fully equipped kitchen with the essentials for cooking and dining. You’re welcome to bring groceries, order takeout, or explore local restaurants.

Want recommendations? We’re happy to point you toward nearby favorites for coffee, BBQ, pizza, wine, and more.

9. What Is There to Do During My Stay?
Plenty! Here are some guest favorites:

  • Relaxing in outdoor spaces (patios, hot tubs, or balconies)

  • Exploring nearby nature trails, parks, or attractions

  • Enjoying indoor games or entertainment in the home

  • Gathering together in spacious living areas

  • Checking out local shops, dining, and nightlife

We also share seasonal recommendations, so let us know your interests—we’ll help you plan.

10. Can I Bring My Pets?
Yes! Most properties welcome up to two pets per reservation (with a $150 fee per pet). We just ask that you bring their supplies and help us keep the home clean by supervising them and keeping them off furniture.

Pets are family—we’re happy to have them along for the adventure.

11. What’s Your Cancellation Policy?
Policies vary slightly by property, but generally:

  • Reservations canceled early enough may receive a partial or full refund.

  • Closer to your arrival date, cancellation fees may apply.

The full cancellation details are always displayed during booking.
